Yes. There are a limited number of tickets to this event, to ensure it is a personal and intimate experience. Please book early to reserve your spot!
Ticket options are on a first come, first serve basis. As reservations fill, we may run out of VIP, single or double occupancy tickets, which will force us to eliminate those options.
FEES AND PAYMENT
As consideration for any purchase You make on the Websites, You shall pay Shay Better Coaching all applicable fees and taxes. You hereby authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to utilize Your credit card, bank account, or other approved payment facility You provided during the registration process, for the full payment of the fees and any applicable taxes. If the mailing address You provided us is in the United States, all payments will be charged and made in U.S. dollars. If the mailing address You provided us is outside the United States or any of its possessions or territories, all payments will be charged and made in that country’s local currency.
It is Your obligation to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information. You must promptly update all billing information (such as billing address, card number, and expiration date) to keep Your account current, complete, and accurate. You must promptly contact us if Your credit card is lost or stolen, or if You become aware of a potential breach of account security (such as an unauthorized disclosure or use of Your Sign-In Name or Password). You hereby authorize Shay Better Coaching to obtain or determine updated or replacement expiration dates for Your credit card in the event that Your credit card on file expires. You hereby authorize us to charge any renewal card issued to You to the same extent as the expired card. If Your payment is refused by Your credit card issuer for any reason, You hereby agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, on any outstanding balance. In certain instances, the issuer of Your credit card may charge You a foreign transaction fee or related charges, which You will be responsible to pay. You are advised to check with Your bank and credit card issuer for details.
Travel is not included in the price. All divas must arrange their own travel to and from Alpharetta, GA. Non-VIP event attendees are to arrive in time for check-in by 4 p.m. ET on Thursday April 27, 2023 and arrange for departure after check out at 11 a.m. ET on April 30, 2023.

Guests are not required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law. Face coverings for Associates are optional unless located in a jurisdiction with a CDC-designated community-level of “High”.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone The Love Mastery Retreat with Shay event or related event(s) in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone The Love Mastery Retreat with Shay event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the canceled or postponed Love Mastery Retreat with Shay event(s) in a reasonable time from its original start date. Registration fees paid by registrants for a canceled or postponed Love Mastery Retreat with Shay shall apply to the rescheduled Love Mastery Retreat with Shay on dollar for dollar basis only. In the event for whatever reason Shay Better, LLC can not reschedule The Love Mastery Retreat with Shay event, the registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of which may include any registration fee(s) already paid. Shay Better, LLC is not responsible for airline tickets, hotel costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Please allow sixty (60) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes. The Love Mastery Retreat with Shay event dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. Shay Better, LLC reserves the right to change any and all speakers and programming for the Love Mastery Retreat with Shay event without notice.
